PROJECT OVERVIEW

The objective of this project was to clearly understand the breakup of our commercial and industrial markets, to be able to design and deliver energy efficiency programs to suit their specific needs.  This information is also useful in risk modelling to manage incidents and outages.

Better understanding of customer make up, helps in designing appropriate energy efficiency programs and achieve energy efficiency targets.

 

Asset risk Management:

 

Better understand customer impacts from service outages and incidents to plan and prepare for least customer impact during such periods
