The objective of this project is to improve adoption of energy efficiency practices and programs in residential customers.  The project aligns with achievement of Energy efficiency program targets efficiently.

Marketing and Sales -energy efficiency programs:

 

Sales efforts were more focused on groups that have a higher propensity to participate and this resulted in reduced sales efforts with  improved results.
